Langtree has a clear understanding of public and private partnerships, and has invested considerably at national, regional and local levels. Our diverse and growing portfolio reflects our ability to create effective partnerships and this accounts for a significant element of our activity.

Langtree has made a number of strategic long-term investments in property joint ventures where its money and expertise has delivered significant value to the partner organisation.

Network Space

Network Space is a £50 million joint venture company with the Homes & Communities Agency developing mixed-use brownfield sites in former coalfield areas of England.

PxP West Midlands

PxP West Midlands is a £60 million joint venture company with Advantage West Midlands, the West Midlands' Regional Development Agency, to develop its property regeneration priorities across the region.

Onsite North East

Onsite North East is a £25 million joint venture company with One North East, the North East's Regional Development Agency, to develop manage, develop and invest in the sites transferred in to the partnership and encourage new property activity.

Other public partners include major City Councils across the country, Urban Regeneration Companies and other regeneration bodies.

Daresbury Science and Innovation Campus

Daresbury SIC is a private-public joint venture created in December 2010 between Langtree, Science & Technology Facilities Council (STFC), Halton Borough Council and the Northwest Development Agency.

The new joint venture paves the way for the delivery of around 1 million square foot of space for science and innovation facilities, high-tech businesses and supporting infrastructure, bringing more than 6,000 new jobs to the area over the next 20 years.
