Who we are
Langtree is a successful property development and investment business acknowledged for its presence in property regeneration.
We have the vision to recognise opportunities where others see liabilities, and the in-house expertise and financial capability to deliver complex regeneration projects.
Having built a strong track record and reputation in partnership working Langtree is now leading some of the most significant regeneration projects in the UK.
Our progressive approach over the last 15 years has created a property investment portfolio of 2.7 million square feet, giving us an extremely strong financial base.
However, we aren’t afraid to dispose of mature assets from our investment portfolio to then replenish with new stock through our significant development activity. Currently Langtree is promoting the speculative development of schemes across the country from industrial estates and office buildings through to residential and retail parks.
Langtree is recognised as a specialist in brownfield development and through its partnerships with the public sector is increasingly recognised for its commitment to promoting the sustainable development agenda.
Langtree currently operates nationally out of three offices in Merseyside, Sheffield and Birmingham covering the North West, Yorkshire, North East, West Midlands and East Midlands.
