Festival Gardens
The Festival Gardens site project will see the redevelopment of the 100-acre derelict former International Garden Festival site in Liverpool.
The £250 million regeneration project will see the creation of a new public park, including the restoration of 27 hectares of the original Oriental garden areas to their former glory.
It will also create a vibrant new community with over 1,300 new homes across 26 residential blocks, as well as a number of retail and commercial units.

Access to the residential community will be from the other existing roundabout and a new access south-west of the Riverside Drive/Promenade Drive junction.
