Langtree secures six lettings
Date: 9th December 2009
Source: Liverpool Daily Post
Langtree has secured six new lettings at centrix@newton in Newton-le-Willows.
McLaren Construction has taken an office on a one-year lease. The design and construction specialist operates in the commercial, industrial, retail, leisure and hotel sectors taking schemes from inception to completion.
The second deal sees the not-for-profit Civic Trust Awards take an office on a two-year lease. The awards scheme was established in 1959 to recognise the very best in architecture, design, planning, landscape and public art.
Other new tenants include tooth cell bank Bioeden and cleaning and support service company Integrated Cleaning Management, who have taken an offices on a one-year lease and on a two-year lease respectively.
The final two deals saw local businessman Will Ainscough relocate his existing business, WR Estates, to centrix@newton and house his new business, HIMOR Group, there, too.
Mr Ainscough said: “Both businesses required premises that provided a professional working environment.”
