Langree Group plc’s commitment to the Midlands region is apparent from its wide ranging portfolio, which includes both industrial units and office space to let.
With a total of 720,000 sq ft in the Midlands portfolio and a further 639,000 sq ft in development, Langtree is the fastest growing property developer with industrial units to let in the Midlands.
Developments include Mercury at Hilton Cross Business Park a 23-acre site in Wolverhampton with three industrial units totalling 86,000 sq ft completed, and a second phase comprising of industrial units and office space is due on site in late 2006.
The Midlands portfolio also includes Network Space, a joint initiative with English Partnerships to support the regeneration of the former English coalfield areas, providing workspace incorporating some office space to let across the UK.
