Developments include Mercury at Hilton Cross Business Park a 23-acre site in Wolverhampton with three warehouse rental units totalling 86,000 sq ft completed and a second phase comprising of warehouse space units and offices is due on site in late 2006.
The portfolio also includes Network Space, a joint initiative with English Partnerships to support the regeneration of the former English coalfield areas, providing workspace incorporating industrial, warehouse and office space across the UK.
