Brindley Village II forms part of the wider north Smethwick canal side redevelopment area in Birmingham.

The current land holding is being supplemented by associated acquisitions of surrounding properties to form an overall development area of 11 acres for a mixed use residential scheme.

Outline planning permission has been granted and PxP West Midlands has acquired 19 out of 29 interest to date.
