Chalon Way Phase 2 is situated on a brownfield site on the fringe of St Helens town centre.

Langtree successfully remediated the contaminated site and delivered 30,000 sq ft bespoke office accommodation over three storeys for St Helens Chamber of Commerce.

Public realm enhancement works have also been carried out including the provision of a tree-lined boulevard and resurfacing and general upgrade works around the existing canal.

The remaining 2 acres of the site is available for a variety of uses, subject to planning.
