Connect Business Village is a prestigious scheme comprising a 25,000 sq ft business centre and 25,000 sq ft of self-contained offices within North Liverpool’s business district. The project was completed in 2008 at a value of £14m.

Langtree partnered Liverpool Vision, the HCA and Northshore (Atlantic Gateway) Strategic Investment Area to deliver Connect Business Village.

The project was awarded North West Development Agency and ERDF grant support.

Langtree were able to provide the following:

• Redevelopment of a high profile vacant site occupying key frontage
• Operate an effective joint venture partnership
• Deliver a well designed and well constructed scheme
• Work with local agencies such as Liverpool Vision and Jobs Enterprise Training to facilitate the provision of business support to encourage long-term business success and occupation

An external team of professional consultants were used for the design stages and a contractor for the building works.
