86-90 Duke Street in Liverpool will deliver a new office development in the centre of Liverpool.

The office building is to be constructed over 4 storeys together with a basement car park and is to provide 40,000 sq ft net lettable office accommodation.

The project received planning approval in July 2013 and is part funded by a European Regional Development Fund grant.
